On 5th March 2014, JSC “Latvian Shipping Company” received a notification from OÜ Fondo H Estonia regarding acquisition of significant shareholding, and also a notification from JSC “INTERNATIONAL BALTIC INVESTMENTS LTD” regarding losing 13.04% interest in the share capital of JSC “Latvian Shipping Company”, as well as 26‘083‘953 voting shares.
