Lithuanian Prime Minister A.Brazauskas has expressed concern to Russian Prime Minister M.Kasyanov over the plans of Russian oil giant LUKoil to extract oil in the Baltic Sea close to Lithuania’s Nida resort, the governmental press service reported.
