With significant decreases in real estate markets around the world, real estate prices in Lithuania have to date been holding up relatively well. Vytautas Azbainis, a lecturer at Mykolas Romeris University who recently concluded a study on real estate bubble in Lithuania, talked to The Baltic Times about the realities of the Lithuanian real estate market and its perspectives.
