Lithuanian Agriculture Minister Kazys Starkevicius holds a skilandis in his hand. In January, he announced that the European Commission gave the right for skilandis to be marked with the ‘traditional specialties guaranteed’ sign - it is the first such Lithuanian product to carry the label.
