According to the data of the Central Statistical Bureau, cargo turnover at Latvian ports in the first quarter of 2010 reached 15.6 million tons, which is 5.9 percent less than in the first quarter of 2009, but 5.1 percent more than in the fourth quarter of 2009, reports Nozare.lv.
