The construction of high-speed railroad Rail Baltica has priority over the high-speed railroad project between Riga and Moscow, which does not have any actual funding, Saeima Budget and Finance Committee Chairman Janis Reirs (Unity) told Latvian State Radio on April 4, reports news agency LETA.
