At a meeting in Tallinn on Oct. 21 with Finnish Parliament Speaker Eero Heinaluoma, Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet emphasized that the co-operation between Estonia and Finland and within the Baltic Sea region in general has helped to make the region one of the most dynamic in the European Union, the Estonian Foreign Ministry reports.
