Skonto Buve, one of the members of the alliance of construction companies that is working on construction and implementation of the new Latvian National Library, is demanding that Hill International, a company supervising implementation of the project, retract its statement questioning the financial situation of the construction companies participating in the project, reports Nozare.lv.
