An analysis of the attraction of investments to Latvia carried out by the auditing company Ernst&Young for the Economy Ministry is quite critical about the Latvian Investment and Development Agency’s performance, concluding that LIDA has not been able to fully perform its functions of the absorption of structural funds and attracting investments to Latvia, reports LETA.
