The Higher Education Council on July 18 released an evaluation of Latvian universities and colleges’ curricula, which states that the highest number of poor-quality courses and study programs is offered by Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy, University of Latvia and the International Higher School of Practical Psychology, while study programs with the lowest marks include education, pedagogy and management, administration and property management, reports LETA.
