In a sign that the stagnant real estate sector may be showing some life, Homburg Zolitude, a subsidiary of Homburg Eastern Europe Fund, has concluded an agreement with the Esti Krediidipank Latvian branch for financing in the amount of 4.7 million euros for the construction of a multi-story apartment building in Riga’s Zolitude neighborhood, said Eesti Krediidipank Latvian branch representative Julija Farahova, reports LETA.
