Strangely, when speaking of tolerance in Lithuania, even those who are in the position of standing up to the reality and making a change in many lives would rather keep their mouths shut for fear of drawing boos from quasi-patriots, or besmear their hard-earned reputations and waste the political brownies, as tolerance does not “sell” well in this country.
