TALLINN – The listed Estonian garment retailer Baltika is to end its operations on the Russian retail market and will sell its Russian subsidiaries for around 400,000 euros to Ellipse Group, a partner with whom Baltika will enter into a five-year franchise agreement to continue selling Baltika’s brands and operating stores in the Russian market.
