Commenting on the election of Hannu Pevkur as leader of the Reform Party, who according to observers, redrew the power lines in the largest opposition party of Estonia, Pro Patria and Res Publica Union, chairman Margus Tsahkna said that a split of the Reform Party cannot be ruled out.
