The third Tallinn e-Governance Conference organised at the end of May by Tallinn based e-Governance Academy with the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States focused on knowledge transfer as the main enabler of e-Governance development and shared best practices on e-Governance, e-democracy, open information societies and national cyber security from around the world.
