Baltic residents less often consider Russia as a military threat, and there is slackening in the opinions about the Russia-Ukraine conflict, University of Latvia researcher Martins Kaprans said in an interview with the Latvian public radio on March 15, citing results of a study on polarization potential in Baltic society.
