The European Bank for Co-operation and Development, which has invested almost 1 billion euros in Lithuania, has decided to withdraw from shareholders of Lithuania's Šiaulių Bankas, but it plans to stay a Citadele shareholder for some time, Ian Brown, the EBRC head of the Baltics, said.
