The Saeima Legal Affairs Committee on March 27 supported changes to the referendum initiation procedure, stipulating that the second stage of a signature collecting campaign will no longer be funded by the state, said Saeima Legal Affairs Committee member Dzintars Rasnacs (VL-TB/LNNK), reports LETA.
